These can be (i) organisations of PSIT interpreters and translators, (ii) organisations of PSIT providers or agencies, or (iii) organisations of PSIT trainers, testers, and researchers, as well as PSIT training, testing, accreditation and/or research institutions. All of the should come from countries belonging to the Council of Europe or the European Economic Area, and should adhere to certain standards of quality (as outlined in the ENPSIT constitution).
Associate members
Associate members do not satisfy all of the criteria for full membership, because they do not belong to the Council of Europe or the European Economic Area, they do not yet meet the standards of quality, or they are third parties with an interest in PSI and PST (e.g. individuals, students, other interpreting/translation associations, policy makers, …).
